Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technologies professionals, has immediate openings for a Tier I Help Desk Specialists in Louisville, KY. Tier I Help Desk Analyst/Customer Service Support ($12 - $13/hour)
Strong technical aptitude of hardware and networking issues
Working knowledge of software applications and problem resolution
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to independently solve technical problems and communicate to end user
Some college preferred
Food and Beverage/restaurant industry experience highly desired
THIS SHIFT IS 6:00 PM TO 3:00 AM LOCATED IN COMMERCE CROSSING. FIVE DAYS A WEEK TO INCLUDE A WEEKEND DAY. APPLICANTS NOT WILLING TO WORK THIS SCHEDULE NEED NOT APPLY.
