What you need for this position:
-5 plus years experience in default processes; of which at least two plus years in Short Sales execution
- Ability to review and analyze financial packages to assess the mortgagor qualification for short sale
- Collections experience
- Negotiating experience in putting the best possible deal for the lender
- Judgment skills
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent follow up skills
- Relationship building skills with realtors
- Systems experience - Fidelity, Fiserv, others
- Undergraduate degree
